Taxpayer Action Network (TAN) is a New York State based political action committee focused on the advocacy of fiscally conservative policies, federalism, transparency and limited government principles in local, county and state government. The organization leverages its resources to research, score, and support various elected officials and candidates for public office based on their campaign platforms, voting records, and ideas to better prioritize government spending and control taxation.

 

TAN has a particular focus on government and policies in the Hudson Valley, but does expand its involvement into other portions of New York State.​
