TAKE THE PLEDGE:

I will support the implementation of policies to improve taxpayer engagement, transparency and better control government spending and taxation.

I acknowledge that the federal and state governments accounts for 70% of local government spending in mandates, and only 30% of local government spending is at the discretion of local government. In both cases, I will advocate for the proper prioritization of that spending focusing on the core functions of government.
